very beautiful building, excellent location really close to a very calm, easy going square to both zocalo and the ado bus terminal, a quiet plaza and many good restaurants and a short walk to the central square and bus station. also, very close to the town center. variety of goodies for breakfast.

We spent our new year's eve at this hotel and we were quite impressed with the hot and cold water system that was provided. the location was perfect as we were close to the heart of the city and there was a beautiful park just outside the hotel where we enjoyed walking. we loved the fact that the hotel staff was super helpful and friendly; they made us feel welcomed.

This hotel is wonderfully situated in the heart of town, with a cozy square right outside. You can easily explore the city on foot as it is just a short walk away from the main attractions. the rooms are very comfortable, and the bathrooms feel quite luxurious. the staff is extremely amicable and helpful and can even assist you in getting your laundry done. You can relax in the small swimming pool or enjoy the sun on the balcony.

It can be quite difficult to find since it is located on a street where cars are not allowed.

The location was awesome, very close to the main square and also isolated enough to avoid noise. The staff was kind and helpful, always offering new water bottles. The wifi worked really well, something very rare in the area.

The room was not nice, the shower had no curtain and the door was not noise-cancelling. , the drain was always clogged and outside the cats fight all night long.
